The main goal is to strengthen professional capacities in the field of reporting and reporting racist and hate speech in the online environment. The publication was designed to cover not only theoretical and practical areas of combating hate crime, hate speech, radicalization of society in the online space, but also to provide examples of good practice from other countries, methodological, technical and logistical requirements for organizational aspects in the training process.
